As mentioned in all our service pages there are two circumstances under which we process refunds for services you have opted for via this website.


  1. If we don’t deliver the service you’ve opted for on time.
  2. If you can prove that your numbers have dipped post engaging with us.

Under both the above circumstances, money gets refunded within 14 working days, no questions asked.

Cancellation Policy

For all services except Chase Local Lab – All orders once placed cannot be canceled unless in certain scenarios where Chase Local Marketing holds the power to accept or reject the order post detailed scrutiny.

For Chase Local Lab - Send us an email informing about your wish to cancel the subscription to support@chaselocal.com. We will not charge you from the following month (no questions asked).
